BMV Decor Distributor Rewards Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the BMV Decor Distributor Rewards Mobile Application (“App”), owned and operated by BMV Decor, a manufacturer and supplier of hardware and plywood products. By accessing, registering, or using this App, distributors and authorized users agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the App.

1. Purpose of the Application

The BMV Decor Distributor Rewards App is developed to facilitate engagement with authorized distributors by providing a platform to:

• Register and manage distributor accounts
• Submit purchase invoices for verification
• Earn and track reward points based on eligible purchases
• Participate in promotional and incentive programs
• Receive company updates, announcements, and offers

The App is intended solely for use by authorized distributors, dealers, and partners associated with BMV Decor.

2. Eligibility

Use of the App is restricted to individuals or businesses who are:

• Official distributors or dealers associated with BMV Decor
• Authorized representatives of registered distributor businesses
• Legally capable of entering into binding agreements

BMV Decor reserves the right to verify distributor credentials and approve or reject registrations at its discretion.

3. Distributor Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, users must register and create a distributor account.

By registering, the user agrees that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
• The distributor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• The account will not be shared with unauthorized individuals
• Any activity performed under the account is the responsibility of the registered distributor

BMV Decor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

4. Rewards and Incentive Programs

The App allows distributors to earn reward points or incentives based on eligible purchases and promotional campaigns.

Important conditions include:

• Reward points will be granted only after verification of submitted invoices or purchase records
• BMV Decor reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for reward programs
• Points earned may be redeemed for rewards as specified in the App
• Rewards may vary based on promotional campaigns, distributor performance, or company policies

BMV Decor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any reward program without prior notice.

5. Invoice Submission and Verification

Distributors may be required to upload invoices or purchase documents to claim rewards.

Users agree that:

• All submitted documents must be genuine and valid
• Duplicate or fraudulent submissions are strictly prohibited
• BMV Decor has the right to reject or cancel reward claims if documentation is found to be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading

Any misuse of the invoice submission system may result in account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use of the Application

Users agree to use the App responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
• Upload false, misleading, or manipulated purchase records
• Use the App for fraudulent activities
• Interfere with the normal functioning of the platform
• Copy, distribute, or misuse any proprietary content belonging to BMV Decor

Violation of these conditions may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

are the exclusive intellectual property of BMV Decor.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from BMV Decor.

BMV Decor respects the privacy of distributors and users. The collection and use of information through the App are governed by the BMV Decor Privacy Policy.

By using the App, users consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

BMV Decor aims to ensure uninterrupted access to the App; however, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available without disruption.

The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance or system upgrades
• Technical issues
• Network or infrastructure limitations
• Security updates

BMV Decor shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

BMV Decor shall not be liable for:

• Delays or inaccuracies in reward calculations caused by incomplete data

Users agree that the App is provided on an “as available” basis.

11. Suspension or Termination of Accounts

• Distributor authorization is revoked
• Misuse of the rewards system is identified

Termination of an account may result in the cancellation of pending rewards.

Continued use of the App after changes are implemented indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
